The Society was Registered Under Maharashtra State Co-operative Act in the year 1989 having its reg.no. NGP/O/105/1988-89. The area of operation of the Society is six districts Nagpur, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Wardha and Gadchiroli.
The membership of the Society at the end of 'March 2024' is 1288. Our Authorized Share Capital of the Society is Rs. 10 Crore and the Individual Share Holding Limit for members is Rs. 2,00,000/-.
