The Society was Registered Under Maharashtra State Co-operative Act in the year 1989 having its reg.no. NGP/O/105/1988-89.

The area of operation of the Society is six districts Nagpur, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Wardha and Gadchiroli.

The membership of the society at the end of March-2024 is 1288. The authorized capital of society is 10,00,00,000/- & the indivisual share holding limit for the member is Rs. 2,00,000/-.

We are providing several deposit schemes & loan schemes for our respected members. we are also providing many schemes for social justice for member's welfare.
